So I love nature and I love views! Pretty simple right? You could probably throw in a beach too. These 3 location set my soul on fire. When I told the Motley fam that we were gonna be on a roof… Mama told me her little ones were actually afraid. but take a look at […]
Baby Bumps are so in! Is that because of COVID quarantine lol? The Harris Girls are so lucky because they have such a sweet daddy loving on them and showing them how to be loved and treated. Being a mom to girls I love to see dads with their girls it’s so beautiful. I appreciate […]
Let’s chat older kiddos!!! It can be hard to get the big kids excited about portraits. But I treat them like all sessions, we have to love on Mama ;). She needs and wants these images because she wants to hold on to this moment in life. Sometimes we wait too late to have pictures […]
Motherhood Sessions are a thing, for different reasons. Mostly because dads aren’t always down for the portrait sessions, which is the case for my own family. I can literally talk my husband into about 1 session every couple of years. Mamas just want to remember everything so I am here for all the motherhood sessions! […]
OMG give me all the babies! I love capturing all stages of baby life. The Handy family was so sweet, and Jaeden was the happiest baby ever. 8 months olds are active, this is such a fun age. Enjoy it guys he’ll be walking before you know it!

I met Ashlye when I was 4 months pregnant with Mali, we were attending a Cardi B concert in Houston with mutual friends. Strange place for 2 pregnant people to be hanging out. But it’s funny because I knew this was my last pregnancy so I wanted twins and she was SHOCKED when she found […]
What if I told you that there are other ways to use your images. I typically use two different ways in my home. I frame my pictures (which we will discuss in a later post). And I also create a family album.
How do I choose the location. I look for 3 things and it is really simple. The first thing is the direction it faces. Does the most appealing aspect of the location face east, west, north or south. Since I shoot more in the evening I looking at where the sun is going to set, which is the west and I want that behind my subjects PERIOD!
